They constitute a network within which information can be shared, with the aim of improving practices.<br \/>\nFor the orofacial clefts, two Reference Centers are responsible for the network, that of the rare malformations of the face and the oral cavity of the Trousseau hospital in Paris (Pr MP Vasquez) and that of the rare facial cranial malformations of Lille (Pr P .Pellerin).<br \/>\nThe Centers of Reference and Competence distributed throughout the territory all provide quality care to children with cleft palate.
